Matt, Cathy and Antony tell the stories of how they battled depression and recovered to lead full and happy lives. This moving film,  narrated by Linda Nolan, was commissioned by the new campaign group U Can Cope to spread a message of hope to those suffering mental illness. It has been broadcast around the world and was endorsed by the World Health Organisation.

The Clipper Round The World Yacht Race wanted to mark the achievements of everyone who took part in the 40,000 mile race in 2012. Southwick Media was there as the teams arrived in Southampton to a heroes’ welcome.

An innovative campaign by Southwick Media Consultancy led to a three-fold increase in  the number of artists who entered the Young Masters Art Prize. In this film one of the judges, Adam Dant, tells us about his own work, and explains why the award is so important for emerging young talent.
